Chad Bugos has over 10 years of experience in the retail pharmacy and merchandising industry. Beginning with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Mr. Bugos' career with the world's largest retailer allowed him to develop expertise in all areas of operations and merchandising, including product development, promotional planning and execution, plan-o-gram (modular) development, purchasing and marketing, contract negotiations and people development.

In 2002, Mr. Bugos was promoted to Pharmacy Regional Manager, where he had operation and merchandising responsibility for 132 Wal-Mart Pharmacies in the Northeast, with over $450MM in annual sales.
In addition to operational expertise, Mr. Bugos is recognized as one of the top merchants in his field and is well respected in the vendor community. He is well known for his negotiation skills and ability to execute merchandising promotions. Mr. Bugos has extensive experience with new item launches, plan-o-gram (modular) development and pharmacy OTC merchandise category knowledge.
